Everyone has their favorites when it comes the jewelry they wear and the jewelry they buy most often. For me its amber that holds the special place in the heart. There's something magical about this material that gives any jewelry made from it a special value, even above something like a diamond or other valuable gemstone.
Don't get me wrong I think diamonds are beautiful and an engagement ring made from them can be astounding. The problem with diamonds of course if in their cost, I'm sure I would have a jewelry bow full of them if I had the spare cash lying around.
Alas, I'm usually running short on cash and when I can scrape together enough to buy myself something nice diamonds a little out of reach. But, I'm happy whenever I can afford to purchase something made of amber to add to my growing collection.
Created by mother nature over thousands of years and containing remnants of a time past, every piece of amber jewelry I have feel from my amber earrings to the rings and my favorite necklace truly unique and I would hate to lose any of it.
